Potential on the Patapsco

Set up high on the banks of the Patapsco River, this 1806 millworker's cottage is part of a complex of buildings known as Granite Hill. The Oella Company has been rehabbing a number of other cottages but hasn't got around to this one yet -- so a purchaser could totally customize it to their specifications. In addition to being in rough but ready condition to dream, this house has a number of other advantages including being a single home rather than attached and being situated at the end of the row which allows for an addition that could totally take advantage of a spectacular view of river and woods. Hope someone with a good design sense and a few bucks to do it right gets a hold of this one.
