Okay, this one has a triple whammy of being in rough shape, isolated and located in an area that's colder than I like -- but that said -- WOW! At $144k for this cool old house on almost 13 acres with a river view? The listing says bring all offers for a home featuring 10 foot ceilings, wide plank flooring and floor to ceiling windows. 5 bedrooms. 1 bath ; (. They don't even show the kitchen so that's probably a real horror. However, they say the views of the mountains, fields and river are fantastic. Weekend home and money pit anyone?
Edmeston? Noooo. Gre up in rural NY State and will only go back if someone gives me a zillion dollar house completely remodeled. But it is pretty!
